DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project is located at Duval County, Florida Work associated with the subject requirement consists of maintenance dredging of portions of the Jacksonville Harbor channel between Bar Cut-3 and Upper Terminal Channel including portions of Cut-F and Cut-G. The project, which is comprised of a base and four options, consists of dredging approximately 1,700,000 cubic yards of material from the channel of the Jacksonville Harbor and disposing of the material at Buck Island Cell A and Bartram Island Cell A.. Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species observers (hopper dredges only), sea turtle trawl-sweeping (hopper dredges only), marine animal observer (mechanical dredges only), bird monitoring, and disposal area pumpout.
