The State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program intent is to provide local governments with the necessary funds to create housing programs to assist its income eligible citizens. Clay County SHIP has successfully upgraded the quality of living standards by providing safe, decent, improved and affordable housing for the countys elderly, special needs, and income eligible families. The program includes providing assistance for demolition of existing homes and reconstruction of new homes for qualified residents in Clay County. Project consists of demolition of existing house located at 531 Cypress Avenue, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043 and rebuild a single story, single family, 1,250 square foot 3-bedroom 2-bathroom conditioned space per all code requirements, along with an attached garage. Contractors are required to visit site prior to bid submittal. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: May 10, 2023
