Description | The requirement would be to have each aircraft’s current paint, decals, and “N-Number” removed, stripped down and inspected for corrosion. If any corrosion is found, the corrosion would be addressed and corrected. After paint removal, the aircraft would be primed and painted white throughout all exterior surfaces on the aircraft. Any screws or fasteners that are rusted or corroded would be replaced with stainless steel fasteners. Once the aircraft has been painted and all fasteners inspected and replaced, the “N-Number” will be applied to both sides of the empennage in crimson red letters outlined in black. |
