Washburn Way Pavement Preservation Project : Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Asphalt Pavement Saw Cutting, General Excavation, Subgrade Reinforcement, Cold Plane Pavement Removal, Aggregate Base, Fog Coat, Asphalt Paving, Pavement Markings. City of Klamath Falls Public Works Project Washburn Way Pavement Preservation Project PH 1 Master File Number 295619 Complete and submit the included Bid Booklet with the accompanying documentation. Bids must be submitted to Nickole Barrington, City Recorder at the same address prior to 2:00 P.M. PST on the above date. Subcontractor Disclosure forms must be submitted prior to 4:00 P.M. PST on the same date. All questions regarding the Plans and Specifications must be submitted to Andrew Lakey, P.E., in written form through email at alakey@klamathfalls.city, on or before 12:00 P.M. 12/30/2022 by registered plan holders only. If in the judgement of the Engineer, additional information or interpretation is necessary such information will be supplied in the form of an Addendum. Only plan holders who are listed on the City's plan holders list will be notified of the Addendum. Award of Contract will not be final until the later of: 1) City Council Contract Award, or 2) the City of Klamath Falls provides a written response to each timely protest, denying the protest and affirming the Award. Bidders must identify whether they are a Resident Bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 (Preference for Oregon goods and services). The City of Klamath Falls may not receive or consider a Bid for a public improvement Contract unless the Bidder is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Contractors or Subcontractors working with asbestos cement Materials must be licensed according to ORS 468A.720 (Qualifications for license) The City of Klamath Falls may reject any Bid that does not comply with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (Award and execution of Contract) (3)(b), and that the contracting agency may reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE RANGE: $3,000,000 to $3,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
