| Description | As of Nov 10 the project is set to be awarded on Nov 17 by the Board . Replace HVAC equipment at the Water Authority's headquarters building located in Kearny Mesa. Equipment includes two 90-ton "boxcar" air conditioners; one 7-ton air conditioner; two server room air conditioning unit coils; one water heating boiler and base; one boiler pump; heating system valves. Replacement 90-ton HVAC units will be Trane Intellipack, model number SXHKC904, to replace existing Trane HVAC units with minimal mounting, ducting, and electrical modifications. |
