| Description | The project will consist of, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 3,340 linear feet of asphalt pavement and 1291 linear feet of reinforced concrete pavement section. Roads will be reconstructed as four-lane boulevards. Clay Road will be asphalt with roadside ditches and a 14-ft median. Porter Road will be reinforced concrete with curb and gutter and a 32-ft median. A multiple box culvert crossing of Porter Road by the U201-09-00 will be accomplished; and a new mast arm traffic signal provided at the Porter Road intersection, within Harris County Precinct 3. |
