Submit all questions in writing to UNITED CONSULTING prior to 4:00 p.m. local time, July 10, 2023. The construction of : Replacement of Bridge No. 16, Meridian Road over Metocinah Creek Pleasant & Washington Township Grant County, Indiana The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. All materials furnished and labor performed incidental to and required by the proper and satisfactory execution of the contracts to be made, shall be furnished and performed in accordance with requirements The successful Contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within ten (10) days after award of contract and a two (2) year Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the contract price prior to completion and final payment of the contract The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities or irregularities therein, to delete any item or items and to award a contract on the proposal that in their judgment is the most advantageous to Grant County
