Description | THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT March 31, 2023. Renovate to Combine Inpatient/Outpatient Pharmacy 36C25923R0057 Provide all required labor, material, equipment, site investigation, and phasing to perform renovation as called out in contract documents, design drawings and specifications for the Renovate to Combine Inpatient/Outpatient Pharmacy. The construction project work shall be performed to meet VA standards, codes, and regulations (specifically USP 797 & USP 800). Contractor shall also perform work according to the hospital rules/standards for safety, ICRA permits, phasing, parking, traffic, hot work permits, confined space entry permits, lift permits and general rules. This renovation upgrades a total of around 4593 sq. ft. pharmacy and a total of about 7,145 sq. ft total space. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The POC for this project is Joseph Wingfield.
