Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2023 Description: State Project Number 44DA0045 Replace Tate Hall Roof Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Remove existing shingles and underlayments down to the wood deck. 2.) Install new underlayment and asphalt shingles. 3.) Install new heat tape and associated electrical components. Additional Description: All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the QuestCDN Plan Room no later than the due date and time. Bids will only be received and accepted the electronic bid service through portal. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since November 2017 for construction of shingle roof replacement projects. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $100,000 or greater.
