This project is to assess the perational condition of the various valves in the water distribution system for the City of Washington to verify the physical location, operate, and then document various physical, locational and operational attributes ofthe valves and valve boxes/vaults in the water distribution system. Included in the services provided is sub foot GPS locating of the access point to the valve.
