RFQ - Design Services for Tree Bed Improvements

Denver Civic Ventures, managed by the Downtown Denver Partnership ("DDP"), seeks a qualified team to plan, coordinate, and execute design services for streetscape tree and planting improvements. Plans developed are intended to re-design existing right-of-way to enlarge existing tree beds and/or construct new tree beds to provide maximum soil volumes per tree within existing site constraints. The design services shall generally include, but not be limited to (1) site reconnaissance, including utility locates (2) detailed site survey (3) site analysis indicating potential locations for new tree beds (4) demolition plan (5) landscape plan (6) irrigation plan (7) planting plan (8) construction details (9) coordination with GC contractor, as needed. The selected firm shall be prepared to provide work either directly or through subcontractors.
