BGS Parking Garage Repairs

This project consists of, but is not limited to: The work consists of structural restoration to existing 3 ½ level below grade parking structure. Structural work includes, but not limited to, the removal, replacement, and repair of existing concrete slabs, beams, and columns. Work also includes improvement to electrical systems, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, fire suppression systems, architectural and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The garage is below an existing office building that will remain operational during the work. All vehicles will be removed from the garage and tenant access limited during the work.
