Greens at Hamilton Run Stream Restoration

This project entails creating a new stream channel through the Greens at Hamilton Run golf course and redirecting Hamilton Run into this channel, including stream restoration, construction of a footbridge, construction of a bioretention facility, and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Frederick Seibert & Associates and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland. If obtaining documents from anyone other than Owner, MUST notify Jeannie Jefferies (jjefferies@hagerstownmd.org) to be added to the Plan Holders List.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
