| Description | Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to produce 2,500 tons or 1,667 cubic yards of sanding material. Stockpile material using a minimum 60' hopper fed stacker belt. Stockpile material to facilitate water runoff. DESIGNATED CONTRACT DATE: WORK CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL AFTER: JULY 1, 2023 2,500 TONS OR 1,667 YARDS IS REQUESTED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: SEPTEMBER 15, 2023 2,500 TONS OR 1,667 YARDS IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: JANUARY 01, 2024 he successful bidder may, at their own risk, perform preparatory materials work only for this contract prior to July 1, 2023. However, the Department will not accept delivery of material or make payment for any work or pay item prior to July 1, 2023.
