Description

The Watertown Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Driveway and Parking Lot Improvements in Watertown, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG Associates, Inc. and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project. The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of bituminous parking area, installation of bituminous sidewalk, concrete pad, loam and seed, electrical conduit, and minor drainage improvements. The work is estimated to cost $40,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
