RFQ - LAS R.I.M. Projects and Rehabilitation of Runways 1/19 - Material Testing and Construction Inspection

The Department of Aviation invites firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Consulting Services associated with a federally funded design Project at Harry Reid International Airport entitled LAS R.I.M. Projects and Rehabilitation of Runways 1/19. The selected firm, upon review of the submittal, and interview if required, will provide a team of professionals that can demonstrate successful airfield design and construction support services at a Large Hub Airport, as defined by the FAA for the PROJECT. The qualifications submittal provided in response to this invitation shall demonstrate the experience and identify the personnel necessary for these services. The services include, but are not limited to, airfield pavement design, minor utility design, airfield electrical and lighting design, and an understanding of complex construction phasing in an airport setting in accordance with FAA standards.Telephone calls regarding this RFQ will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to contracts@lasairport.com and will be responded to in writing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Turf and Grasses.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Airfield Signaling and Control Equipment.
