| Description | Painting Services shall include multiple surfaces which may require painting on an “as needed” basis under this contract. This work will include interior and exterior painting projects. Sample types of projects include minor “touch up” projects, full classroom painting and potentially larger painting projects. The painting team will be expected to ensure all areas are painted as directed by the School’s Facility and Capital Projects Supervisor or his/her designee requests. Projects will include the full length and height of most walls, the removal, possible painting and reinstallation of Cove Base, etc. |
