| Description | The Pflugerville Independent School District (PfISD or District) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the replacement of Dessau Middle School & Dessau Elementary School HVAC & Control System Replacement, pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. This project will include the complete replacement of HVAC systems at two campuses. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 pm CST, March 30, 2023.
