DCAMM Certification Required. EHSD Renovation Goessmann - 2 at UMass Amherst The project consists of renovation of the second floor of the Goessmann Laboratory Addition. The building area to be renovated is approximately 27,823 square feet. Functional building areas include wet labs, support labs, faculty and department offices, support spaces, toilet facilities and common corridors, and include all associated fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical services.
