This project includes a mill and overlay on selected streets in the neighborhood from SW 29th St. to 21st St. and from Urish Rd. to Kingsrow Rd. Full-depth pavement patching, curb and gutter replacement, and sidewalk ramp upgrades will also be included as warranted. Also included in this project is mill and overlay, full-depth pavement patching and possible removal of the median on SW 27th St. east of Villa West Dr. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas.
