Description

The roof repairs include replacing the existing expansion joints that run down the center of each roof and replacing them with new expansion joints and covers. Additionally, the project shall replace deteriorated perimeter expansion joints, deteriorated concrete wall panel vertical joints, replace roof drains that have flashing failure, replace areas where there is flashing failure at duct penetrations and repair areas of spalled concrete on the roof deck.
