Description

The Project consists of the removal of approximately 100 linear feet of a failed earth embankment and construction of a new stabilized embankment and drainage features. This Project includes, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, excavation, storm sewer construction, light pole construction, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, fence replacement. The Project also requires complete compliance with all applicable permits and other regulations, including environmental control and compliance. The site is a nonclassified site. The General Contractor is responsible for substrate conditions with the exception of hazardous materials encountered.
