Description | As of February 10, 2023, the owner has yet to make a GC award on the project and they do not have a timeline set as to when an award will be announced. The project consists of demolition of an existing building and new construction of three (3) buildings and associated site amenities. Building A will be (4) stories to include (58) one bedroom apartments, office areas and community spaces, Building B will be (3) stories to include (12) two bedroom apartments, Building C will be (3) stories include (12) two bedroom apartments. Building C will be (3) stories to include (18) apartments, (12) two bedroom and (5) three bedroom. The new buildings are general described as Type VB construction with concrete on grade floors, exterior walls are wood studs with brick veneer and Cementous siding, elevated wood truss floors with gypcrete topping and wood truss roofs. The Buildings are required to achieve Energy Star Certification. The work shall include, but not limited to, the furnishings of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the construction of all site and building work.
