Bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Lincoln County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids as set forth in the Bidding Documents. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing 104 Five Span Reinforced Concrete Slab Bridge. Installation of the proposed 6 - 12 x 11 Cast-in-Place Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents. Pre-Qualification: Yes Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 29, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before thirty (30) calendar days have expired from the date the Engineer determines the Work to be substantially complete.
