Consulting Services for Energy Management System Upgrades at PHA Buildings

Consulting team consisting at a minimum of a mechanical and electrical engineer with five (5) years' experience in the evaluation, design and construction administration of EMS installations. The prime contract will be between the PHA and the Prime Consultant, all other consultants will be PHA approved sub-contracts with the Prime Consultant. Services include: inspection of existing conditions, development of project design and construction documents, development of construction budgets, and construction administration. EMS system commissioning will not be included in the work of this contract.
