| Description | This project provides the following in Parking Deck 65 -Replacement of 8 dry sprinkler risers including all piping and sprinkler heads, and - Replacement of all exhaust fans, carbon monoxide sensors, and controls. Parking Deck 65 is an underground, two-level, 332,000 square foot parking deck, that serves the core buildings around Halifax Mall. Original construction started in the 1970's. The deck has 1020 parking spaces which are used by the state employees and the Legislators. The deck must remain open during construction. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
