The general scope of work includes but is not limited to (1) membrane roof repairs including replace deteriorated sealant, repair or replace flashing, repair membrane (2) concrete tile roof repairs including repair or replace broken tiles, secure loose tiles, repair or replace loose ridge caps (3) galvanized metal roof repairs including replace missing and loose fasteners, replace deteriorated sealant. Contractor may offer a quote for repairs to any or all roofing systems group. All roofs in a group must be repaired. |
