Community Development Program Street Improvement Project

The City of Steubenville, Ohio: CDBG Activity 207 and 215, Street Improvement and CDBG Activity 206 and 214, Water Improvement. This project involves the rehabilitation of existing streets and related infrastructure Improvements, including several fire hydrant replacements. All work will include, but not be limited to the following: Removal of existing asphalt concrete by milling where indicated. Full depth pavement repair using hot-mix asphalt concrete where indicated. Cleaning, tacking and paving streets with asphalt concrete, as per specifications. Adjusting to grade valve boxes, manholes and catch basins, as specified. Concrete sidewalk repairs, as specified and the installation of ADA curb ramps, as specified.
