Description | The Contractor shall remove and dispose of up to 300,000 gallons of non-hazardous liquid wastes (referred to as sludge in the remainder of the SOW) annually from the Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna (Installation) Sewage Treatment Plant aerobic digester, SBR, and post aeration tank. The cost per gallon identified in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services includes all labor, equipment, vehicles, transportation, and disposal. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of up to 8,000 gallons of non-hazardous solid wastes (referred to as sludge in the remainder of the SOW) annually from the Installation Sewage Treatment Plant aerobic digester, SBR, and post aeration tank, and from lift stations located throughout the Installation. The cost per gallon identified in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services includes all labor (where confined space entry is not required), equipment, vehicles, transportation, and disposal. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of up to 30,000 gallons of non-hazardous liquid wastes (referred to as sludge in the remainder of the SOW) annually from Installation lift stations. The cost per gallon identified in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services includes all labor, equipment, vehicles, transportation, and disposal. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of up to 100,000 gallons of non-hazardous liquid wastes (referred to as sludge in the remainder of the SOW) annually from Sewage Treatment Plant equalization tank, influent screening room and other areas of the plant not including the digester, SBR, and post aeration tank. The cost per gallon is identified in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of up to 10 tons of non-hazardous solid wastes (referred to as sludge in the remainder of the SOW) annually from Sewage Treatment Plant equalization tank, influent screening room and other areas of the plant not including the digester, SBR, and post aeration tank. The cost per ton is identified in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services Contractor is responsible to ensure none of the limitations included in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services are exceeded during the year and to notify the Installation GOVERNMENT POC when limitations in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services are within 20% of the limitation included in Attachment 2- Schedule of Services. |
