consists of Reconstructing Various Roads for an Approximate Length of 2,480 Lin. Feet (0.47 Miles) including 9,300 +/- S.Y. of Milling up to 3 1/2 " Depth. Paving consists of approximately 1,180 Tons of 2"- SuperPave Asphalt Pavement Mixture, 19 MM, Binder Course, and 1,060 Tons of 1.5" - SuperPave Asphalt Pavement Mixture, 9.5 MM, Wearing Course, SRL- "H". The project includes the construction of 8 Type 1 Double Curb Cut Ramps. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the order of Tinicum Township, Delaware County, PA. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor's Performance Bond and a Labor and Materialmen's Bond in an amount of the accepted bid. The Surety Company and form of surety shall be subject to the approval of Tinicum Township, Delaware County, PA The Township reserves the right to accept and or reject any and all bids or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, and to waive informalities in the bidding as they deem for the best interest of the Township.
