Chugiak High School Earthquake Repairs

Chugiak High School is located at 16525 South Birchwood Loop Road in Chugiak, Alaska. The facility is approximately 290,000 SF in area. There are three levels in the school plus the roof where the scope of work is located. All work is related to the damage caused by earthquake on November 30, 2018. Construction: Earthquake repair work includes Architectural, Structural, Mechanical., Electrical, and Hazmat removal for the associated work. The work is throughout the school, and moving, covering, and protecting furniture and equipment is required by the Contractor. Sequence the start, conduct and completion of Work as required in Section 00200, Project Schedule Milestone Dates.

Middle/Senior High School, 290,000 SF Renovation.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Demolition, Selective Demolition, Selective Interior Demolition.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
