The County of Volusia, Ocean Center is seeking a single, responsive and responsible Bidder to repair the shear connections between the “Double T” building sections with carbon fiber epoxy bonded biscuits, repair damaged concrete, and seal the joints between the “Double T” building sections on the two ramps leading up from street level and level 2 of the Ocean Center Parking Garage located at 701 Earl Street, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.
