Construction Management Services - Rice Public Library Renovation and Expansion

Construction management services and for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the renovation and construction of an expansion of the Rice Public Library building located at 8 Wentworth Street in Kittery, Maine. The resulting library building should support the delivery of library services for the next 30 years and meet the program needs established by the Library and the town. The Construction Manager (CM) will provide pre-construction services to the Town and a GMP that is consistent with available funding. The project includes the renovation of the existing building, and construction of an approximate 6,555 gross square foot addition, with associated site work and landscaping.
