Pellicano Railroad and Cotton Lighting and Landscape Improvements

The Project consists of placing a fully functional roadway lighting system, a fully functional irrigation system and placing landscaping elements in accordance with the plans and specifications as directed by the engineer. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, implementing SWPPP elements, placing traffic control, demolition, placing all roadway lighting elements, excavation, placing pole foundations, trenching and boring, placing conduit for roadway lighting and for future ITS use, conductors, ground boxes, poles, luminaires, electrical hardware, and all miscellaneous construction items required to complete the work. The landscaping work consists of placing all trees, shrubs, rock aggregate, boulders, irrigation lines, valves, meters, backflows, ground boxes, weed barrier fabric, accent lighting at tree locations, and all miscellaneous construction items required to complete the work.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
