Dominion Valley Tank Residual Control System

Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Dominion Valley Tank Residual Control System. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Mobilization: Limited to a maximum of three percent (3%) of the total of all other items. 2. Residual Control System – Installation of complete residual control system, submersible mixer, related equipment, chemical storage, and all related work and appurtenances as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 3. Chemical System Enclosure – Installation of pre-packaged chemical system enclosure and all work and appurtenances as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of the Work. 4. Electrical and Instrumentation – Installation of all electrical equipment and related work for the Residual Control System, installation of new Communications Panel (including all instrumentation equipment, i.e. temperature probes), installation of SCADA antenna, relocation of existing water quality monitoring equipment, and all related work as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 5. Structural – Placement of concrete pad and installation of aluminum stairs and platform for the Chemical System Enclosure and all related work as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 6. HVAC Ductwork – Installation of ductwork between the Chemical System Enclosure and tank fluted column wall, tank fluted column wall ductwork penetration, associated welding and existing tank coating system repair, and all related work as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 7. Plumbing – Installation of all fixtures, piping, supports, and all related work as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 8. Piping – Installation of chemical feed piping, sample piping, piping supports, sample line tank penetration, associated welding and existing tank coating system repair, and all related work as shown in the Contract Documents and as necessary for the prosecution of Work. 9. Demobilization and Closeout – All work related to demobilization of project site and closeout as required by the Contract Documents.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
