| Description | The contractor shall provide all material, labor, disposal, equipment, and services necessary to perform all services as described herein. This includes all services required to: The administrative spaces, galley, north supply closet, men and women's wet room, and recreation room shall be restored in accordance with section 1.4. In areas with microbial growth, strip down and dispose of materials to necessary level, as determined by microbial growth restoration specialist. In the galley, replace the stripped down bulkhead and ceiling in order to facilitate full use of the galley area. It is strongly recommended that contractors conduct a site visit prior to bidding on project in order to determine current extent of mold growth.
