Description

To install approximately 267 linear feet of new western type fencing along the eastern property line on the CRA property located at the corner of Davie Road and Orange Drive to match the existing Town of Davie Community Redevelopment Agency corral fence. The new corral fence will need to be placed 15’ to the back of the existing brick paver sidewalk area. Please note: There are two existing monitoring wells located along the existing corral fence line. Please see Exhibit B. Should these wells become damaged, the contractor will be responsible for the replacement of the wells. The white piping also indicates additional monitoring wells which are located in the grass area. The contractor will also be responsible for any damaged caused to these wells. These areas are being pointed out so that the Contractor can pay special attention to the location of the wells. The new corral fence will also need to be secured/constructed into the existing fence located on Orange Drive. The fence will be constructed of pressure treated #2 grade Southern Yellow Pine wood with galvanized screws. The post must be ACQ. When completed, the fence will match the height of the existing fence along Orange Drive
