| Description | Removal of existing cover and installation of new roof facing material over existing roof installation in Main Hall (approximately 7,200 SF). Provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment, and incidentals for the work described below: 1. Remove and dispose of old cover in accordance with state and local regulations. Existing insulation to remain in place and intact. 2. Install approximately 7,200 SF of white Lamtec WMP-RETRO or equivalent facing material over existing roof insulation. Eave height is approx. 20’-4” above slab and Ridge height is approx. 29’-6” above slab. 3. Clean up and remove all construction related debris from site daily. 4. Provide 1 year labor and manufacturer’s material warranty. |
