Description | The City of Goodlettsville is requesting sealed bids from contractors for roof upgrades to portions of the roof at the Delmas Long Community Center at 200 Memorial Drive, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Upgrades will consist of the application of EPDM membrane system over existing roof. Contractor shall provide labor and material for the preparation and application of WetSuit 2-part 60 mil EPDM membrane system over existing roof under the following specifications: Power wash to prepare roof and walls for fluid applied 2-part 60 mil EDPM Apply painters' tape on any perimeter edge metal areas where EDPM is not to be applied Apply primer over existing roof and walls in areas where EDPM is to be applied Install self-terminating fluid-applied, 2-part, 60 mil EDPM roofing system over existing roof 12,600 square feet of area where fluid- applied EDPM needs to be installed Clean-up of any materials after job is complete Imaged attached highlights area of roof to be. City of Goodlettsville Specifications are available and on file at the office of the Purchasing Director and may also be accessed from the City's website at www.goodlettsville.gov.
