Construct Workshop Building and Renovate Cold Storage Building

For Design Build Services to design and construct a workshop building and renovate the existing cold storage building for the Department of Natural Resources, Parks & Recreation Division, at the Allegan Field Office in Allegan, Michigan. The proposed new building will be used to as a workshop by DNR staff to build skid piers for Boat Access Sites and vault toilets for State Parks. In addition to a new building, the project also includes a structural investigation and renovations to the existing cold storage pole barn.
