Description

The project includes an 8-10’ wide proposed concrete hike and bike trail in the south parkway of John McCain Road spanning approximately 3300 linear feet across three separate segments from Stillwater Court to just east of Waldon Court. The three trail segments will each connect to an existing portion of concrete trail to provide a continuous trail length along John McCain Road. Existing storm infrastructure crossing underneath John McCain Road will be extended to accommodate the trail, and additional culverts will be constructed to maintain existing drainage patterns in the parkway. Retaining walls are proposed to limit regrading efforts to the ROW.
