Description

Frederick Community College Procurement Office, Gambrill Hall Suite G222, 7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Maryland 21702. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: RFB 22-OPS-05 Frederick Community College is seeking bids from qualified bidders to perform required maintenance on the parking deck, which includes, but is not limited to, concrete wall and floor repair, crack repair and sealing, concrete sealing, joint sealing, and addition of floor drains and piping per all specifications, requirements, terms, and conditions stated in the RFB documents posted on the Frederick Community College Bid Board. In general, the parking deck is exhibiting minor deterioration and the goal is to protect and improve its current condition. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation.
