Tractor Mowing and Roadside Mowing, Trimming and Litter Pickup along I-83 JFX from Joppa Road to the Baltimore City Line

This open-ended, on-call, contract consists of median and roadside mowing, trimming and litter pick-up along primary and secondary roadways at various locations along I-83 JFX from Joppa Road to the Baltimore City Line. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. This is a non-exclusive Contract. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes There will not be a pre-bid conference for this contract. Questions regarding this contract must be submitted to the procurement officer in writing at least three days prior to the bid opening. The duration / term of the contract is (24) months from the Notice to Proceed or when total payments reach accepted bid price, whichever comes first.
