| Description | This project is located in Palisade, Colorado. This is a shoulder improvement project. Four (4) foot shoulders will be added on the east end of North River Road from the Colorado River Bridge to just west of the RV park near the Town line of Palisade. Union Pacific Railroad coordination will be required for the installation of a chain link fence at the east end of the project. |
