The Town of Wakefield reserves the right, without qualification, to reject any or all proposals they deem nonconforming, non-responsive, unqualified or not in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right, when it's deemed to be in the best interest of Wakefield to negotiate contract terms with the selected contractor to award the proposal in its entirety, in part, in any combination or not at all and/or select the proposal or combination of proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Wakefield. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to submit their best proposal from a technical and cost standpoint. The Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to this project. The total proposal price shall include all associated costs to remove and install a new roof, including but not limited to: o Remove all shingles and drippage from the entire Public Safety Building. o Remove and reinstall 2 lightening rods and 1 antenna. o Include 6 feet of ice and water shields along eaves and valleys. o Include 8-inch white galvanized drippage on all eaves and gable ends. o All new vent pipe boots. o 30-year black architectural roof shingles. o Vented ridge with caps o All debris to be picked up and placed in dumpster provided by the Town of Wakefield. o Town will be responsible for removal of dumpster and any cost associated with disposal of materials. o Living Area: 18956 Year Built: 2000 1.75 STORY FRAME |
