Description

Reconstruction of the Wine Country Road and McCreadie Road intersection for a roundabout including 2,300 CY unclassified excavation, storm drainage, 1,300 TON HMA, 3,600 CY crushed surfacing, 2,300 LF various curb types, 550 LF sewer pipe, 4 sewer manholes, 295 LF water pipe, pavement markings, and other related improvements. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the City of Grandview for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal. The City of Grandview reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Grandview.
