| Description | Request for Proposals for Asphalt Patching for the Public Utilities Department, Conway, SC. The City will be requesting PATCHWORK for a period of Twenty-Four (24) months from date of awarding contract. The amount and volume of patching needed is unknown and will vary from project to project, throughout the year. The City of Conway reserves the right to re-bid the enclosed described contract before the contract period expires if selected Asphalt Cut Repair Contractor fails to meet specifications outlined in this document. If contractor's service does not meet the standards or requests of the City of Conway within the requested time frame, then written notification will be given to contractor that the company will not be considered for additional asphalt repair work with the City of Conway |
