State Archives Warehouse Building C-6 Ramp and Stairs Replacement

The Project consists of removal of an existing concrete and asphalt ramp and replacing with a new concrete ramp and asphalt drive approaches, new pipe bollards, new exterior steel stairs with metal grating, new steel guard and hand railings and existing and new ramp guard railings. The project also has two add alternates that are to be bid separately from the base bid items. The first add alternates include demolition of an existing concrete stair and replacement with a new steel framed stair and precast concrete treads, concrete repairs and new guard and hand railings. The second add alternate include demolition of an existing concrete stair and partial demolition of an existing loading dock and replacement with a new steel framed stair and metal grating treads, concrete repairs to the loading dock and new guard and hand railings.
