| Description | Remove and dispose of all roofing and necessary decking at the storage shed in rear of building. Install #30 felt underlayment, new drip edge, ice and water in valleys, pipe flashings and CertainTeed Landmark Shingles or equivalent with County approval. Ramp of shed shall also be replaced. The Contractor shall provide additional cost of deck replacement per SQF. The Contractor shall repair/replace damaged down spouts and seamless gutters. The Contractor shall repair stucco breezeway damage and paint to match. Vinyl soffit will require repairs/replacement underneath the two (2) breezeway as well. Metal fascia at two (2) peaks of the front of the building require repairs/replacement. New building numbers shall be installed in same location to match what is existing. (3820) The Contractor shall replace fan cover on roof located in the rear left side of building. | ||
