Shady Shores Olives Branch Drainage Improvements

To perform drainage improvements in easements and along the right-of-way of six residential properties: 100 Olives Branch Drive, 101 Olives Branch Drive, 102 Olives Branch Drive, 104 Olives Branch Drive, 106 Olives Branch Drive, and 322 W Shady Shores Road. The drainage improvements along the W. Shady Shores Road right-of-way include removal and replacement of a concrete driveway, removal and replacement of a 24-inch driveway culvert with a 6-foot x 2-foot concrete box culvert and headwalls, and replacement of a 15-inch driveway culvert with a 6-foot x 2-foot concrete box culvert and headwalls. The scope of work includes relocating and moving drainage obstructions, regrading swales along rear yard drainage easements, regrading ditches along road rights-of-way, filling in low areas, removing and replacing segments of fencing, replacing driveway culverts, and re-sodding disturbed areas as required.
